Notice of Roadworks at R772 Johnstown North of Arklow Junction 20
Wicklow County Council wishes to advise that Lagan Operations and Maintenance have been appointed as contractor for the completion of safety critical works along the R772 regional road in your locality.
The works are planned to commence week starting the 30th of September 2024 with an estimated duration of approximately 8 weeks.
The works involve installing a Safety Barrier for vehicle restraint on the R772 adjacent to the boundary with the M11 and other ancillary safety works.
The works will be completed during daytime working hours between 8am to 6pm, weekdays Monday to Friday.
Throughout the works there will be a requirement for temporary control of traffic movements by temporary traffic lights.
Access will be maintained for residents adjacent to the works as part of the temporary traffic management installation.
Wicklow County Council wishes to apologise for any inconvenience caused during the works.
