Celebrate Heritage Week in County Wicklow

17th - 25th Aug 2024

National Heritage Week is almost here -  17th – 25th August.

Heritage Week is co-ordinated nationally by The Heritage Council and locally by the Heritge Office of Wicklow County Council. This year we are spoiled for choice with 76 events to choose from in County Wicklow.

Full details of all events are available on www.heritageweek.ie (for Wicklow events filter by county) or by clicking on the event links below.

Big thanks to n the Wicklow branch libraries who are hosting so many events and to all the volunteers and community groups throughout the county who have organised events to shine a light on their local place and heritage.

The majority of events are free and family friendly. Please spread the word, check out an event near you or even discover a new part of the garden county!
