Wicklow County Council have in line with the Electoral Acts 1992 to 2023, prepared a Draft Polling Scheme for County Wicklow. The Draft Polling Scheme takes account of the changes made as per the Boundary Commission Report issued in August 2023 which creates two constituencies of Wicklow and Wicklow-Wexford. The Council will furnish a copy of the draft scheme to any person making application therefor on payment of a fee of €20.00.
The Council will consider representations in relation to the draft scheme made to it within the period up to and including Wednesday, 21st August, 2024.
