Wicklow County Council to acquire compulsorily, for the purposes of the renovation of a dwelling unit that will then be utilised as a social dwelling or affordable dwelling, the lands describled in the Schedule hereto, which land is shown on a drawing marked 'Wicklow County Council, Compulsory Purchase Order No 3 2022 Drawing No 22/06/21/100, Compulsory Purchase Order No 4 2022 Drawing No 22/06/22/100,and sealed with the seal of the Housing Authority and deposited at the office of the Housing Authority.
