There is a mobile recycling service for Blessington, Dunlavin and Hollywood each month. Dry recycling materials such as plastic containers, newspapers & cardboard are accepted. Non-recyclable waste is not accepted.

Only plastic bottles, newspapers and textiles may be brought to the householders' mobile recycling collection. No commercial materials or waste may be brought. Materials for recycling may not be brought to these locations outside of the stated collection times. To leave materials for recycling or mixed waste at one of these locations is dumping and offenders will be liable to litter fines or prosecution.
The mobile recycling service is provided by Panda under contract to Wicklow County Council.
NOTE: Recycling can only be left strictly during these hours at these locations. Any items left at these locations outside of the hours above will be treated as littering and fines will be issued. A Wicklow County Council litter warden will be at each location to ensure the correct materials are recycled and no waste is left outside of collection hours.
