Customer Service Strategy

Introduction

Wicklow County Council’s draft Customer Service Strategy sets out our commitment to enhancing our service to the public. Our focus is on a Customer Centric approach to improve how we deliver services, while supporting and promoting innovation and new technologies. Wicklow County Council is now inviting members of the public to provide comments or  feedback on our draft Strategy. This consultation will run from the 17th May 2022 until the 31st May 2022 inclusive.
